Appointments

Clients are seen by appointment only. if you are in need of immediate attention, we will do our best to accommodate you. We value your time greatly and make every effort to keep on time.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

New clients are always welcome in our office. We consider the referral of a new client the best compliment and expression of confidence anyone can give us.

Payment Policy

We request payment and co-payment for your visit at the time of service. We are a provider/participant in many PPO types and Medicare insurance plans. Please contact your insurance carrier to check eligibility.
